Delaware (No. 91), Liberty (No. 96) and Jacksonville State (No. 101) are bunched so close in the ratings that any of them could crash the top spot, with all three projected to 7-5 seasons alongside Western Kentucky. The projected title matchup of Western Kentucky against Delaware looks more like a coin flip than a coronation given how thin that margin is. Everything from Kennesaw State on down, projected 6-6 or worse, reads as a clear second tier chasing that top four.
