Hull have confirmed that winger Sorba Thomas is unhurt after flipping his car near the club's training ground on Friday morning. The Wales international was driving a Land Rover Defender when the accident occurred around 9 a.m., with fire engines and police attending the scene. The club stated Thomas is "totally unscathed" and will travel with the squad to play Chelsea on Saturday.
Thomas joined Hull on deadline day from Stoke and made his debut in last week's draw with Aston Villa. Hull boss Sergej Jakirovic said of the winger: "He is a left winger and we can use him inside like a left sided No. 10. He knows football. He is very good in delivery and his end product is good. Also, he has very good set-pieces."
