Orioles offer free tickets after Zay Flowers promo change

The Orioles are giving out complimentary tickets to fans seated in the team's "Bird Bath" section after plans changed for a promotion involving Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers as a guest splasher.

The team clarified that Flowers was not responsible for the change in plans, and the free tickets are being offered to make up for the shift.
