Sea Dogs coach Kyle Schmidt reflects on path through baseball

Kyle Schmidt, the Sea Dogs' defensive coach, has experience across nearly every level of baseball. He played collegiately at the University of Richmond and reached Triple-A with the Minnesota Twins as a player.

Schmidt has since coached at multiple levels within the Boston organization, drawing on his background in business, coaching, and player development.
