Free agent forward John Konchar has agreed to a one-year deal with the New York Knicks, agent George S. Langberg of GSL Sports Group told ESPN on Tuesday night.
Konchar, 30, is entering his eighth NBA season after spending 2025-26 with the Utah Jazz and Memphis Grizzlies. He spent the first six seasons of his career with Memphis before being traded midseason to the Jazz.
Konchar was one of the most experienced free agents remaining on the market, with over 360 games in the NBA under his belt. He averaged 5.9 points, 3.0 assists and 5.7 rebounds in 26 games for Utah last season.
The Knicks still have two open roster spots and are expected to have a training camp battle for one of the spots while potentially keeping the 15th open.
